The heart of the WMA program is the Digital Communication, Journalism & PR Course. This part-time course that takes place once a week on Saturdays and can be completed over 9 months. The course trains students to write, edit, and produce print, radio and television news content as well develop comprehensive public relations and new media campaigns and strategies.WMA additionally places a strong focus on the editorial and technical skills for students to produce their own content and distribute it over social media. Students benefit by receiving by hands on experience in the fields of broadcast, print and web-media news production & a portfolio of content that includes TV news stories, newspaper articles, and web generated content.

Lectures held only on Saturdays
Module 1 – Print Journalism : 10:00am – 12:00pm
Module 2 – TV & Radio : 1:00pm – 3:00pm

Semester 2: Feb 6th 2016 – May 14th 2016
Lectures held only on Saturdays
Module 3 – Public Relations : 10.00am to 12.00pm
Module 4 – New Media : 1.00pm to 3.00pm
